Return Policy
Keeping our customers happy is our top priority! Though we are confident you will love your pieces from us, if you need to return item(s) please send within 14 days after receiving your order.
All full-priced, unused, unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned for store credit. Products found damaged and used will not receive store credit. This includes pet hair, stains, and odors.
• All items MUST be shipped back in the same condition they were shipped in with all tags attached along with a copy of your receipt in order to be processed for credit!
•Items have original tags attached.
• We offer Store Credit or Exchanges only, No Refunds. Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file.
• Petal & Thorn Boutique is not responsible for shipping costs on returned items. When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such USPS flat-rate shipping.
• Sale items, tights, stockings, and bodysuits are Final Sale and will not be accepted for returns.

Defective Merchandise:
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo to info@PetalandThornBoutique.com of the damaged/defected item along with your order number.
